QUARANT’ORE: Forty-Hours Devotion
From 7pm Thursday 30th May until 11am Saturday 1st June 2024 – St Peter’s Church
The “Forty Hours Devotion,” or “Quarant’ore” is all about spending time in prayer, adoration and reflection before the Blessed Sacrament, and St Peter’s church will be open day and night for you to join in, especially as we journey through this Year of Prayer. Starting with:
- a ‘Mass of Exposition’ at 7pm on Thursday 30th May,
- finishing with a ‘Mass of Reposition’ at 10am on Saturday 1st June at
Winchester Cathedral (parish quarterly Mass).
