FAMILY FRIDAYS
DONATE-A-PLATE – Just £5 per person per week covers the cost of a hot main meal with pudding as well as activities for children. FAMILY FRIDAYS – supports families with school aged children through fellowship, friendship and by sharing a meal together.
Every Friday – 5-7pm at St Peter’s school (term time only).
Background: The group was started when a group of school mums realised that whilst we all, as families, can feel worried and stressed about family life, some experience challenges that have significant and tangible stresses impacting their daily life. The thought that even within our school there could be vast disparities and differences in our lives, along with the recognition that the support and love we have as a church community buoys us, started the impetus to reach out to support others.
